How do I attach the Vario topcase to the motorcycle?

To attach the Vario topcase to your motorcycle, proceed as follows:

1. Unlock the round protective cap and remove it from the holder.
2. Turn the key in the topcase lock to the "RELEASE" position – the locking flap will then open.
3. Then turn the key to the central position and remove it.
4. Open the locking flap completely.
5. Check the magnetic plug connection of the topcase and bracket on the motorcycle for contamination and damage.
6. Insert the hooks on the topcase securely into the holders on the motorcycle.
7. Push the locking flap forward until it resists and locks into place.
8. Attach the protective flap to the case and lock it.
9. Fold in the carrying handle until it clicks into place.
10. Turn the key in the case lock to the "LOCK" position.
