Can I still shift gear myself with the Automated Shift Assistant?

Yes, in manual shift mode "M", gear changes can be carried out with the foot gearshift lever as before – only the  manual clutch lever is no longer available.  You can decide on the desired shift points yourself at any time. The clutch is operated automatically via the transmission, regardless of whether in shift mode "M" or "D".

To switch from manual shift mode "M" (base setting) to automatic shift mode "D", simply press the ASA button.
