How can I optimally control the audio volume during music transmission or telephone calls?

For optimal control of audio volume during music transmission or telephone calls, it is recommended to set the volume control on the smartphone to maximum.


While riding, the desired volume control is possible directly via the volume control of the communication system or via the Multi-Controller (for BMW Motorrad communication systems).


Note: For most smartphones, the media volume and the telephone volume can be adjusted separately. For more detailed information, please refer to the operating instructions of your smartphone.
