What happens if my smartphone switches to power saving mode due to low battery capacity while the BMW Motorrad Connected app and the TFT display are connected?

If your smartphone switches to power saving mode due to low battery capacity while using the BMW Motorrad Connected app, the connection to the TFT display normally remains.

 

However, there may be restrictions on navigation, route recording, listening to music or the display of the speed limit in the TFT display. 

 

Please note: The response depends on your smartphone and the settings associated with the power saving mode.
