The GPX file must have previously been stored on your iPhone locally or in iCloud Drive. To import the desired route as a GPX file into your BMW Motorrad Connected app, open the "Trips" menu and select the "Planned routes" tab at the top of the screen. Here you can find the "Route import" button. If you select it, your iPhone will switch to the file selection. Here you can either select the GPX file in the course or search your device/iCloud Drive. If you have found your desired GPX file, you only have to select it, and a screen will appear ("Please wait"). The display then switches back to the BMW Motorrad Connected app. A blue banner "Route import completed" appears at the bottom of the screen. In your planned trips, the new route is listed first.
Note: You can also import GPX files via the iOS "Files" app. Find the GPX file in the "Files" app and select "Open in...". You can then transfer the GPX file to the BMW Motorrad Connected app.
