Why don't I see any statistics in the navigation data of my completed trips with my BMW motorcycle in the Navigator or in the BMW Motorrad Connected app?

It often happens that the "Journey recording" option is deactivated in the navigator or in the app. To check this, switch to the "More" menu (three dots) and then to the "Ride settings" menu. The "Ride recording" option must be active.
