Can my smartphone fall out while riding if I put it in the ConnectedRide Cradle?

When used according to the instructions, the smartphone is protected against falling out of the cradle.
Please make sure that the smartphone is inserted into the ConnectedRide Cradle as intended. Therefore, always check whether the "arms" and the smartphone sit tight in the cradle before each ride.
