Do I need to insert a SIM card into the ConnectedRide Navigator to use it?

No, a SIM card for an Internet connection that is active at all times is not absolutely necessary to use the Navigator.
You can also use the full range of functions, such as traffic consideration or downloading maps, on the move via a mobile hotspot on your smartphone.
