If I want to use the ConnectedRide Navigator, do I need the BMW Motorrad Connected app?

No, the BMW Motorrad Connected app is not mandatory for using the ConnectedRide Navigator.
Together with the app, you can fully utilize the potential of the BMW Connected ecosystem and access your experiences from any device via your BMW ID. This way, you always have the data about your motorcycle at hand, the routes you have traveled can be called up and you can share them with friends, for example.
