What do I do if my ConnectedRide Navigator does not start after turning on the ignition of the motorcycle?

If the Navigator does not start automatically, please remove the Navigator from the holder and turn the device on using the on/off switch (on the back of the device).

Please note: This may be the case if both your motorcycle and the ConnectedRide Navigator have not been used for a long time and both batteries are almost flat. This means that your motorcycle cannot provide sufficient power for the Navigator when it is turned on.
