What can I do if my current position is not recognized correctly by the ConnectedRide Navigator?

If your position is not recognized, then the Navigator lacks GPS reception.
Please go outside with the device so that the view of the sky is unobstructed. Now the Navigator can connect to a GPS satellite and determine your current position.
