What do I do if the battery of the radio-operated key is empty? Can I still start my CE 04?

If the battery of the radio-operated key is dead, you can start the vehicle by touching the cover between the storage compartment flap and charging compartment flap with the radio-operated key.


Hold the spare key or the empty radio-operated key against the cover between the storage compartment flap and charging compartment flap at the height of the antenna
