First check that the jacket’s control module is connected to an active power source, for example via your motorcycle’s 12V socket. If the power source is a power bank and the LED light strips have been turned off for some time, disconnect the power bank from the control module and reconnect.
Alternatively, if the power bank has its own on/off switch, press it. In addition, check the settings for the Favorites switch in the BMW Motorrad Connected app.
